Jill leads RIO’s valuation function and brings more than two decades of experience across banking, property and advisory.

She began her career in the banking sector before qualifying as a Cost and Management Accountant and later registering as a Professional Property Valuer. After 13 years in valuations, she moved into commercial brokerage, establishing valuation divisions and advising across a broad range of assets.

At RIO, her focus is on disciplined pricing, risk assessment and ensuring every mandate is grounded in defensible market evidence.

Rupert leads brokerage at RIO, advising on retail, office and industrial property across Cape Town.

With 15 years in commercial property and a background in marketing, he approaches brokerage through the lens of positioning and perception as much as pricing. His experience shapes how properties are presented, negotiated and ultimately taken through to close.

At RIO, he sets the tone for brokerage standards while helping shape the vision behind the firm’s proprietary software, ensuring the tools reflect how deals actually get done.

Siena leads strategy and operations at RIO Property and heads product for the firm’s proprietary software platform.

With an MBA from Dartmouth College and a background in strategy consulting and large US corporates, she brings structured, systems-based thinking into commercial real estate.

She oversees positioning strategy, pricing clarity and the internal systems that underpin RIO’s advisory process, designing tools that support a smoother, more predictable transaction experience for clients.
